Delhi Civic Bypolls: AAP Wins 4 Seats, Congress Gets 1
More than 50 percent of voters cast their votes in the municipal corporation polls in the five wards on Sunday.
Congress candidate Chaudhary Zubair Ahmad defeated AAP candidate Mohammad Ishraq Khan by 10,642 votes in Chauhan Bangar ward. The AAP candidates won from Kalyanpuri, Rohin-C, Trilokpuri, and Shalimar Bagh Northwards.
The people of Delhi are fed up with the BJP’s 15-year MCD rule. Now the public wants the BJP to be completely cleaned of the Municipal Corporation by applying a broom. The result of the by-election is a clear indication that Kejriwal’s working politics will win in the municipal elections next year. – Deputy Chief Minister @msisodia
